What it does

Orders become deals

A new order on Prom appears in Kommo right away as a deal with the order and buyer details.

Two Prom statuses

When the deal reaches the stage you set, the Prom order gets the status In progress or Completed. No other statuses go to Prom.

The waybill goes to Prom

The waybill number from the deal is passed to the Prom order, so nobody types it into the seller account by hand.

Confirmation from the deal

A manager confirms the order right from the deal, without opening the Prom seller account.
