What it does

A waybill from the deal card

A manager creates the waybill in the deal – recipient, city and branch come from the deal fields, with suggestions from the Nova Poshta directory.

Automatically at a stage

The deal reaches the stage you set and the waybill is created by itself. The same from Salesbot, with no manager involved.

Statuses move the deal

Arrived at the branch, received, refused or returned – the deal moves to the stage you set, and the manager gets a task.

Several senders and cash on delivery

Several Nova Poshta accounts in one Kommo, cash on delivery and payment control – each deal gets its own sender.

How to set it up

Install the widget and paste a Kommo long-lived token into its settings.
On the widget page, add your Nova Poshta accounts by API key.
Choose the deal fields for the recipient, city, branch and waybill number.
Set the stage that creates the waybill and where the deal moves on parcel statuses.
Create the first waybill in a deal card or add a step to Salesbot.
