NovaPay

NovaPay card acquiring in Kommo deals: card payment on a payment page, hold and payment after the parcel is received. The payment moves the deal and sets a task. Not the NovaPay statements of UA Payments.

What it does

Card payment from the deal

A manager creates a link to the NovaPay payment page in the deal, and the client pays by card. This is acquiring, not payments matched from bank statements as in UA Payments.

Payment moves the deal

As soon as NovaPay confirms the payment, the deal moves to the stage you set, the manager gets a task and a payment note appears in the deal.

Salesbot and Digital Pipeline

The link is created by a Salesbot step or a Digital Pipeline action – the client gets it with no manager involved.

Hold and pay on receipt

The sum is held on the client's card until the order is confirmed, or the client pays after receiving the parcel.

How to set it up

  1. Install the widget in Kommo.
  2. Paste a Kommo long-lived token into the widget settings.
  3. Paste your NovaPay merchant keys.
  4. Choose the stage the deal moves to after payment and the tasks for the manager.
  5. Create the first link in a deal card or add a step to Salesbot.
