New Kommo deals are shared between managers by queue: each gets their own percentage, started at a pipeline stage or from Salesbot.

What it does

A queue of managers

New deals go to the managers in the queue in turn – no assigning the responsible user by hand.

A percentage for each

An experienced manager gets a bigger share of deals, a newcomer a smaller one: you set the percentage.

At a stage or from Salesbot

Distribution starts from a Digital Pipeline action at the stage you need or from a Salesbot step.

How to set it up

Install the widget in Kommo.
Create a queue and add managers to it.
Set the share of deals for each manager.
Add the widget action to a stage in Digital Pipeline or a step to Salesbot.
Create a test deal and check the responsible user.
